Aluminium, Metal, or SS304 — Which Body Suits Your Site?
Aluminium Body Air Curtains
Light, corrosion-resistant, low-profile housing. Best for retail storefronts, restaurants, hotel entries, office reception areas, and showrooms where appearance matters and the door is climate-controlled both sides.
Metal Body Air Curtains
Powder-coated mild-steel housing — the industrial workhorse. Best for warehouses, loading bays, factories, godowns, and industrial doorways where impact resistance and price-per-CFM beat appearance.
Stainless Steel (SS304) Air Curtains
SS304 grade for food processing, pharma clean-rooms, cold storage, coastal locations, and chemical-exposure zones. Survives wash-down cleaning, salt-laden air, and acidic / alkaline atmospheres that destroy painted metal in 18–24 months.
Spares & Service

Installation includes site survey, mounting hardware, electrical termination up to 5 metres, post-install airflow testing, customer-staff training, and a PDF install report with serial numbers, photos, and warranty activation.

Across India an air curtain is also called an air cutter or air cutter machine - the same door-mounted air curtain fan that blows a high-velocity air stream to seal entrances against heat, dust and insects. Choose 2 ft, 3 ft, 4 ft, 5 ft or 6 ft models to match your door width; wider openings simply use multiple units side by side.
Standard vs Premium vs Advanced — what actually differs
For a given size, all three deliver the same airflow, wattage and CFM. The difference is not the specification — it is the grade of the components behind it. A 100% copper motor can be sourced at very different price points; the rating stays the same while life, durability and support do not.
