The free consultation is intended for procurement teams, facility managers, MEP consultants, architects, and project owners who want a specification-accurate recommendation before they commit to a bulk or project order. We do not push the most expensive option; we recommend the product series that fits the door geometry, environmental conditions, expected door-opening frequency, and compliance requirements of the site.
Information we ask for upfront
- Door dimensions — width and height in millimetres; mounting type (wall, ceiling, recessed).
- Operating environment — indoor / semi-outdoor, ambient temperature range, dust or grease exposure, washdown requirement.
- Use case — comfort cooling, energy retention, insect ingress control, dust / contamination control, cold storage barrier.
- Compliance needs — hygienic stainless body for food / pharma, low-noise for retail, BMS integration for smart buildings, etc.
- Power available — single-phase or three-phase, voltage, available breaker capacity at the door.
- Quantity and timeline — one door or many; rollout schedule across sites.

Custom & OEM engagements
Beyond standard catalogue products, our engineering team supports custom widths up to 3 metres, voltage variants for project sites with non-standard supply, special finishes (powder-coat colours, food-grade stainless variants, anti-bacterial coatings), and OEM private-label manufacturing for qualifying volumes. Custom requirements typically add 2-3 weeks to the standard lead time and may carry a non-refundable engineering deposit which is adjusted against the final invoice.
When a paid technical visit makes sense
If your site needs an on-ground inspection — for example, multiple doors of differing sizes across a hotel, hospital, or factory campus — we offer a paid site survey by a senior application engineer. The visit covers a documented walk-through, photographic measurement of openings, an as-built drawing of recommended placements, and a detailed report. The survey fee is fully credited against any subsequent order placed within 90 days.
