What’s Included in Standard Installation
- Site survey: Door width, frame type (RCC / steel / glass / aluminium), available power supply (single / 3-phase), ceiling clearance, ambient airflow direction — all measured before product is dispatched.
- Mounting hardware: Galvanised brackets, anchor fasteners, conduit fittings and flexible MS / SS support arms appropriate to wall material.
- Electrical termination: Cable laying up to 5 metres from installation point, MCB / contactor sizing recommendation, earthing verification.
- Test & handover: Air-curtain velocity check (m/s) at door height, sound-level test, on/off and door-switch interlock verification. Customer staff trained on operation, cleaning and basic fault-finding.
- Installation report: PDF report with serial numbers, photos, electrical parameters and warranty activation.

Pre-Installation Checklist for Customers
- Confirm door / opening dimensions: width (mm), height from floor, available headroom above the frame.
- Verify 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase supply within 3 metres of mounting point.
- Ensure dust-free site condition on installation day; remove false ceiling tiles around mounting span.
- Designate one site contact person with mobile access for technician coordination.
- Provide GST invoice address and project PO reference.
