At the core is a Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with 100% copper motor winding — ensuring consistent performance, low heat generation, and zero routine maintenance. Copper-wound motors run cooler than aluminium-wound alternatives and resist burnout even during 10–16 hours/day continuous operation. The dual ABS blower assembly generates a steady, non-recirculating air curtain at 18–23 m/s, effectively blocking flying insects, dust, and external air from entering the premises.
Operating at just 120 Watts, this unit consumes approximately 8–12 kWh per month under normal commercial usage. By preventing conditioned (AC) air from escaping every time the door opens, it actively reduces the load on your HVAC system — with typical payback within 8–12 months of installation.
