Low-wall or ceiling-mount unit placed away from food-handling surfaces as the checklist requires. Glue-board models available for kitchens where electrocuting zappers are not preferred. Spare tubes and boards stocked.
4 · Installation + audit documents
On-site installation in Delhi NCR (pan-India dispatch with technician support), GST invoice with HSN codes, installation report with photos, and a laminated compliance card listing the Schedule 4 / Hygiene Rating points addressed.

Does FSSAI require an air curtain or insect killer?
FSSAI Schedule 4 requires food premises to keep openings insect-proof, fit doors so they close automatically and run a pest-control programme with records. It does not name a brand or device; an air curtain, a self-closing strip curtain and an insect-light trap are the standard ways inspectors expect these points to be met.
