What is in the pack (per airlock)
1 · SS304 air curtain (from ₹23,539)
Stainless-steel body for GMP areas, sized to the airlock door (2 ft to 7 ft, 1 m metric available). Standard, Premium (3-year) or Advanced (5-year warranty) series. Door-switch sensor option so the curtain runs only when the door opens.
2 · Glue-board insect catcher (from ₹7,209)
Non-electrocuting UV light trap mounted outside the airlock. Replaceable glue boards capture insects without fragments; boards double as monitoring records for trend analysis.
3 · Installation report + device map
Installation by our technicians, photo report, and a numbered device location map you can attach to the pest-control SOP.
4 · 12-month service plan
Scheduled UV-tube replacement (every 12 months as SOPs require), glue-board replacement, preventive checks and a signed service record per visit for the QA file.

What does revised Schedule M say about air curtains and fly catchers?
Revised Schedule M (G.S.R. 922(E)) requires premises to give maximum protection against the entry of insects, birds and other animals (Part I, 12.2.9). The oral-liquids section requires entry through an airlock made fly-proof by a fly catcher or an air curtain (Part IX, 2.3), and the topicals section requires insectocutors outside the airlock (Part X).
What is in the Airlock Pack?

Why glue-board instead of an electric zapper?
Electrocuting zappers can scatter insect fragments; pharma SOPs prefer glue-board insect-light traps near classified areas. We mount catchers outside the airlock and air curtains over the door so the airlock itself stays clean.
How much does it cost?
For a standard 3 ft airlock door the pack starts at about ₹30,748 inclusive of GST with installation in Delhi NCR (ITC-eligible for GST-registered plants). Multi-airlock sites, 1 m doors and SS304 Advanced 5-year-warranty units are quoted on WhatsApp.
Do you supply documentation for CDSCO or state FDA inspections?
Yes — GST invoice with HSN codes, installation report with photos and a device location map, equipment data sheets, and a service-record template matching SOP formats. Preventive-visit records are issued under the service plan.
