Chronovex Industries supplies air curtains, PVC strip curtains, magnetic PVC curtains, insect killers, hand dryers and sensor faucets to B2B buyers across India — hotels, hospitals, cold storage, pharma, food-processing and manufacturing. We do not publish unverified on-site reviews. Real, verified client reviews are collected on Google, where they cannot be edited or filtered by us. How Chronovex collects and verifies client reviews
All public ratings shown on our Google Business Profile are collected directly from clients after they have received and used their order. We do not buy reviews, do not run incentive programs that ask for a positive rating, and we cannot edit or delete reviews on Google. The current rating reflected on this page is the live aggregate from Google — if it drops, it drops; if it improves, that improvement is earned through delivery and after-sales performance.
Our review-collection workflow
- Order is fulfilled, installation (if applicable) is completed, and the site is operational for at least 7 days.
- A neutral message is sent to the buyer with a direct link to leave a Google review or share feedback by email. The message does not specify a star rating.
- Negative feedback received privately is logged as a service ticket, assigned an owner, and resolved with documented closure within stated SLAs.
- Public Google reviews are read by the operations team daily. Responses are posted within 48 working hours for both positive and negative reviews.
What buyers comment on most often
- Delivery speed and packaging — Tier-1 cities typically receive shipments in 3-5 working days; Tier-2/3 in 5-7 days through registered logistics partners.
- Documentation — GST invoice, ISO 9001 certificate of compliance, warranty card, and (where applicable) HSN-coded packing lists for B2B procurement.
- Technical sales response — sizing assistance, voltage and phase verification, and clarity on inclusions/exclusions before the order is placed.
- Post-sale support — spare parts availability, AMC pricing transparency, and response time for warranty claims.
Where we are working to improve
Feedback we have received and acted on over the past year includes: tightening packaging for in-transit dent prevention on large-frame air curtains, providing pre-installation site checklists in regional languages, and reducing first-response time on WhatsApp for technical queries. We acknowledge that lead times can stretch during peak summer demand (April-June) for industrial cold-storage variants — we communicate revised ETAs proactively in those windows rather than at the last moment.
