Are these real Chronovex installs?+
Yes — every entry in this gallery is from a paid commercial project. We hold GST-billed invoices, signed-off QC checklists and on-site photographs for each one. Client names are redacted only where the buyer explicitly asked for confidentiality (common in hospitality and pharma).
Can I visit a live site before ordering?+
For factory and hotel projects above ₹1 lakh, we can arrange a reference site visit within 100 km of your location. Our sales team will coordinate with the host client. Book a site survey to get started.
What does the install process look like?+
Step 1: Free site survey within 72 hours. Step 2: Itemised quote with HSN, GST and 3-tier product options. Step 3: PO + advance, manufacturing at our Noida unit. Step 4: Engineer dispatch — install + commissioning + photos. Step 5: 1-year warranty + optional 5-year AMC.
How fast is delivery for standard SKUs?+
In-stock SKUs (2-Meter Air Curtain, 200mm strip, standard UV killers) ship within 48 hours from Noida to anywhere in Delhi NCR. Pan-India delivery is 3-7 working days. Custom-spec orders take 7-14 days.
What's the warranty position?+
All Chronovex products carry a manufacturer warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning. Air curtain motors get a 24-month warranty. Optional AMC extends parts coverage up to 5 years.
